Recently, Tom Browning at Indiana University wrote his PhD dissertation on the professional development of beginning teachers who were coached by means of core reflection.
Some years ago, Tom Browning followed a course in Core reflection, given by Fred Korthagen in Oregon. Consequently, Tom focused his PhD research on this theme, and wrote this dissertation (pdf).
Also, an article appeared and Fred and Tom are now writing a second article based on Tom’s dissertation.
